Step 1: Meet / Initial discussion
In the initial discussion step we will meet with you and take time to discuss what you are looking for so we can better understand your requirements and goals. We will design your website tailored to you and your business. We will also answer any questions you may have and explain how we can help your business.

Step 2: Price Quote
After we determine the number of pages, graphics and other services required, such as domain name and web hosting, etc., we will agree on contract details, as well as pricing and, in most cases, 50% of the total quote will be charged at the time of contract signing.

Step 3: Register Domain(s)
If required, we will register your new domain name(s) on your behalf and set up a web hosting account. (see our hosting section to view our hosting package and rates)

Step 4: Layout
Now it’s time to get your first look. Based on your requirements, we will start an initial design layout so you can see exactly what you’re getting from the start. We will work closely with you to develop a design with graphics and navigation structure, which are both what you are looking for and that are appropriate to your line of business. With your input, we'll continue to refine the site until you are 100% satisfied before we start the development.

Step 5: Development and Testing
After you are satisfied with the layout, our team starts developing it into a working website. This step involves optimizing graphics for web viewing, coding the pages into different web languages, and testing the site every step of the way for quality assurance.

Step 6: Post Meeting
Once the website is done, we usually meet once again for you to go over the final product. At this point, you will be provided with an invoice for the remaining 50% of the total of your quote.

Step 7: Web site Publishing and Promotion
When you are satisfied with the final product, it is time to go “live”. We will publish your website on whichever server you choose, and submit it to all the major search engines so you can start attracting visitors.

Step 8: Ongoing support and Updates
Even once your site is up and running, we'll continue to provide you with support to ensure your site remains active and runs smoothly. We will also continue to update your website, based on our agreement in the contract.
